Description: 

We are looking for a temporary event manager for one of our customers in banking, for an assignment of at least 7 months. Starting as soon as possible.

Responsibility: 
  • organization of on site events for partners
  • planning and coordination with the partners
  • develop and implement concepts together with external agencies
  • be on site during activation / events
  • prepare and execute communication
  • coordinate with the social media manager
  • evaluation of activations / events
Experience: 
  • minimum 3 years of project management experience in event organisation
  • relevant experience in marketing and communication
Education: 

Bachelor or master

Personal skills:

excellent communication skills
proactive
analytical skills
language skills: fluent in Dutch, French and English
