Description: 

Our client is a major organization with multiple digital touchpoints. They need us to provide a digital marketing expert to lead the digital communication department for 4 months.

Responsibility: 
  • lead all digital marketing communication (advertising, e-mail, CRM, social media) in order to generate customers & revenue and build brand value
  • digital marketing communication strategy across all segments, products and  services
  • people management of the digital marketing communication experts in order to build a strong team with skilled individuals (4 people)
  • select and manage collaboration with all external partners in the field of digital marketing communication
  • work with the web team in order to identify digital marketing opportunities
  • work with internal product & segment marketing teams to set up  communication plans & campaigns
  • follow-up (design, set-up, execution and monitoring) of digital marketing communication campaigns done by the team,  using relevant tools (Eloqua is the marketing automation and e-mail marketing tool)
  • ensure alignment with business objectives and budget, follow up ROI, reporting
  • search engine marketing
  • campaign optimisation; report on performance indicators and needed adjustments; analyze data gathered for patterns, trends and insights depending on project needs
  • ensure and promote best practices in terms of digital marketing communication in order to make sure that it is shared with all marketing teams and that all jobs are delivered with the expected quality

 

Experience: 
  • at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing communication
  • experience with paid digital advertising campaigns, SEO / SEA, search engine marketing, Google analytics, A/B testing, CRM
  • profound experience in website analytics programs (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdWords) and proven track record in data mining and analytics
  • experience with people management of a small team
