Description: 

As Product Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the retail and SME market with a specific approach to acquisition and retention of customers. You provide, in consultation with Sales and Purchase, the right products by segment and channel and determine the ideal marketing mix in terms of sales and margin goals. You are partly responsible for the optimisation of internal processes and internal review of the entire competitive landscape.

Responsibility: 
  • Continuous assessment and proactive adjustment of product strategy and positioning in an ever evolving and competitive market.
  • Ultimate responsibility for implementation and realization of projects and budgets
  • Responsible for both product management and product marketing
  • Develop, coordinate and monitor acquisition and retention campaigns by segment / channel based on well researched and validated business cases.
  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Working closely with Marcom and Sales and the online team.
  • Build and share knowledge within the company on market development and competition analysis in terms of supply, positioning and Conditions.
  • Preparation of estimates and forecasts in conjunction with the Sales team.

Education: 
  • Preferably a Master degree.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the energy sector and/or other services.

Commercial insight and commercial skills.

Creative and entrepreneurial.

Good written and oral knowledge of Dutch and French.
